Newtown Rivulet Catchment Care Group Inc.

About This Group

We're a group of people who live and work within the New Town Rivulet Catchment area and are concerned about its health.

Our main aims are to protect and enhance the wildlife corridor of New Town Rivulet and its tributaries.

The Group has monitored water quality, and holds action days to clean up rubbish, plant native vegetation and remove weeds.  An important part of our work is raising community awareness about how to care for catchments, and mentoring other Catchment Groups.
