Members are invited to come along and hear the group's reports on the previous year and elect the office bearers for the coming year.

The AGM is an important event, as its a legal requirement to ensure continued registration as an Incorporated Association, so all members are stongly encouraged to attend.

Its also an opportunity for members who want to play a bigger role to put their hands up for some of the positions in the Association.
