Valleyfield Landcare
Valleyfield is a 5th generation family farm in the Upper Huon, ranging from the banks of the Huon River to the top of the hills, comprising a lot of different soil types. Historically it's been primarily horticulture, but it's
currently primarily pasture/beef. You can read more on the website.
The aims of the Vallyfield Landcare group are to restore or improve landscape function, chiefly through revegetation, corridors, and hydrology, as part of a broader move toward regenerative agriculture.
