We are a group of passionate citizen scientists.
The group works on aspects of the landscape that borders national parks, has north south east and west aspects. It is mudstone sandstone geology.
Regular activities include mapping and categorising fungi, insects, plants and birds and mammals. We are dedicated to the removal of Blackberry.
Working bees held once every 3 months.
We are currently surveying the coastal forest, surrounding farms and land tenures to learn more about what is here and what needs to be done to restore the landscape to health and maintain biodiversity.
This information is provided for people to contact member groups about their community Landcare activities. Anyone wishing to distribute information generally to groups should contact Landcare Tasmania with their request.
