Dear Land and Coastcare Enthusiasts,
Hooray for the rain! At last we have some water in Blue lagoon!
Southern Beaches Landcare/Coastcare will meet at 9 am this Friday March 13, at Okines Community House.

We have some exciting projects on the go including:
-  Celebrating 20 years of habitat restoration at Jacks flat Reserve with
the help of a Sorell Council Community grant.
-  Follow up treatment of Black Berry, Briar and Box Thorn on China Creek
at Jacks Flat supported by a Tas. Landcare Fund Grant.
-  Follow up weed work on Sloping Island thanks to a A Weeds Action Fund
Grant.

We also have working bees planned by the Clean Up Team and Care for our Council and Coastal Reserves at Primrose Sands and Dodges Ferry.
