You are invited to the Southern Beaches Landcare/Coastcare Christmas picnic at Jacks Flat.

The group began rehabilitating Jacks Flat Reserve during the 2000 Olympics.
In 2020 they will celebrate the transformation of Jacks Flat - previously a degraded creek and a denuded paddock - now valuable habitat which is home to a flourishing community of plants and a multitude of birds, animals and insects. 

Jacks Flat Reserve is on Old Forcett Road opposite Heatherbelle Road. Drive in the gate beside the bus shelter and follow the track all the way to the rock circle.  The track is hardened and suitable for all vehicles.  Bring some picnic food to share and a chair.
