Penguin Rehab and Release rehabilitates Little Penguins and other seabirds from throughout the North West. All birds are under the primary care of a registered seabird rehabilitator, but it is the contribution of community volunteers that allows them to take multiple birds into care. Their dedicated members contribute a huge number of hours per year. Contact them soon to find out how you can help.

Events happen on an almost daily basis, as determined by the needs of the birds in our care.

How to join this organisation:

An annual volunteer intake is held each Spring and is advertised through our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/penguinrehabandrelease), Landcare and various community sites. Training is necessary for all volunteers.
