Community Presentation of Water Monitoring in the Huon

Whether you attended our River Health Workshop, joined Simon Roberts (Water Quality expert and convenor of the Upper Huon Wildlife Monitoring Group) and John Gooderham (Waterbug and fresh water ecologist) on one of their monitoring expeditions, or are just interested in the impacts of climate change on waterway health and freshwater aquatic ecology in the Huon, we invite you to come to hear Simon and John present on the findings of their monitoring efforts in the Huon Valley and what it means for catchment health.

They'll present on the water quality and waterbug data that they collected with the help of the local community at 32 sites, as well as comparing it with historic data collected by UHWMG since 2022.
