Join us for our upcoming multi-day working bee weekend! (Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 April)
On the Saturday morning we will meet at 8:30am at the PWS deport (17 Herbert Steet, Strahan) before carpooling to the Henty River mouth to work on follow-up gorse control. Lunch and morning tea provided. We will depart site at 3pm.
Saturday night we will have a group BBQ at West Strahan Beach.
Sunday morning we will meet at the Ocean Beach car park and walk along the beach until we reach the end of the Ocean Beach trail. From here we will search the surrounding area for Montpellier broom and Lupin seedlings. Morning tea will be provided, and we will finish up on site at 12pm.
We hope you can join us, either for one of the days or both! To come along, you must be signed up as an NRE volunteer. You can do so here, and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete: https://app.betterimpact.com/Application?OrganizationGuid=aa3c186c-ebde-4f84-9091-6abaef6dc2be&ApplicationFormNumber=1
