Ocean Beach Trail Broom Weeding

Our next working bee is coming up this Saturday the 6th of November.

We will be working at the very end of the Ocean Beach Trail in the
coastal grassland area where the last major infestation of flowering
broom plants remain.

We will meet at the Ocean Beach Trail Carpark at 9am and walk to the
end of the track (roughly a 30 minute walk). Bring a raincoat and warm clothes, as well as some sturdy shoes and long pants (very important as snake
season is approaching).

There will be a supply of snacks and hot drinks for morning tea, and
we will finish up around 1pm.

If you are planning on coming along, please make sure you have signed
up as a DPIPWE volunteer. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

to see you there!
