Celebrating 25 years of Landcare with Northern Care Groups

Prizes to be won!

As part of Landcare Tasmania's 25th Anniversary Statewide Community Outreach Event program, we would like to invite you to come to a celebration event with Northern Care Groups at the Lilydale Tavern.

Each Community Outreach event is being run by local volunteers, Landcare Tasmania staff and Members Council. Whether you're a long-time Landcarer, or just looking to join, we'd love to see you there.

When: Sunday 30th June, 2:00 - 4:30 pm

Where: Lilydale Tavern

Cost: Free! But bring along some $1 coins for the silent auction with a book and print from a local author and artist and bottle(s) of wine.

The idea is to get fellow Landcarers together to thank everyone for their hard work, share what we have all achieved, meet old friends and new, and inspire more Landcare activities into the future. We will have a speaker, fun trivia games with prizes to be won, and plenty of time for catching up.

For Group Members:

Some photos of what you have been up to would also be great! Even if no one from your group can make it on the day. We are going to be having a running slide show during the event and the more photos the better. If you have some great before/after shots, interesting projects, funny moments or other group photos you would like us to include we would love to have them. Can you please email a copy through to Gill Basnett (Tamar NRM, one of the event organisers) at gill[email protected].
