There is a long grace period allowing members to log in for 3 months after membership expires in order to renew. Which email address do I use?
Individuals: Use the email address you signed up with
Groups: Use the Primary Contact’s email address. This email is attached to the group profile. Other group members will not be able to log in to the group’s account.
