The AGM will be held on Monday 26th September at the Claude Road Hall. A meal will be served for you at 6:30 PM, and the meeting itself will commence at 7:00 PM (or thereabouts). We hope to see you there. To assist with catering, RSVP is essential to [email protected] by 5PM Saturday 24th September. An Agenda is provided to those on the email list.

In addition to standard AGM processes, this AGM will also consider changes proposed to the MRRCI constitution. Please get back in touch if you would like to be provided with a copy of information relating to these proposed changes.

If you wish to become a member of MRRCI, then please get in touch and you will be provided with the necessary paperwork. Or you can become a member at the AGM. All those with current membership will be able to participate in voting at the AGM, and also nominate for positions on the Governing Committee.
