Selling Conservation Land - forum held by Conservation Landholders Tas

Selling conservation land:

preserving the legacy we have created

How can we pass on our precious land to others who will preserve its natural values?

Victoria Marles, the CEO of The Trust for Nature, will speak about the Trust's experiences of selling conservation land in Victoria. Through consideration of case studies, regulations and landholders’ stories we will try to answer this question.

Also speaking: Joshua Perry Certified Practicing Valuer, Helen Crawford Program Manager for the Private Land Conservation Program, and Anna Povey and Andrew Cameron from the Tasmanian Land Conservancy.

There will also be small group discussions amongst landholders and a Q and A session with speakers.

This is a free event thanks to the financial and in kind support of our partners: NRM North, Cradle Coast NRM, NRM South and Landcare Tasmania, the Tasmanian Land Conservancy and the Natural and Cultural Heritage Branch of DPIPWE. We hope you can join us for the day.

RSVP by Wednesday 9 May on the Future Events page of the CLT website http://www.clt.asn.au/#/events/future.
