Activity: Spanish Heath on Point du Ressac, Marchwiel

Day: Sunday 10th of May

Where: Meet at Marchwiel Sheds

What to bring: Warm clothes, a snack and drink

This is a follow up activity of a beautiful location on the coast off Marchwiel. Point du Ressac is a conservation area with spectacular views out to Maria Island and the Forestier Peninsula.

In 2023 we first removed mature bushes in full flower. This time we will be scouring the ground for small regenerating plants that will require either hand pulling (if we get some rain) or cutting and dabbing with herbicide.
