Tamar Valley Ragwort Raid - East Tamar

A combination of people power, biocontrol and enforcement is saving the area from large economic losses should ragwort become widely established.

Call for Volunteers:

East Tamar

Saturday 1st February

From 9.00 am to 12.00 noon

Meet at 9.00 am Pipers River Fire Station

BBQ Lunch provided.

Sunday 2nd February

From 9.00 am -12.00 noon

Meet at 9.00 am Winkleigh Hall, Winkleigh Road.

BBQ Lunch provided.

Wednesday 5th February

From 9.00am to 12.00pm

Where: Launceston, Tasman Highway & Blessington Road

Meet at Waverley Lake Carpark, Naroo Street
