Woodend Wildlife Rehab

Currently this group is only me (Parks registered wildlife carer, 20 years experience) but I have plenty of enthusiasm.

The aim of this group is to provide a protective haven for the native wildlife in this area, to develop this 42.5 ha property by developing shelter belts of native vegetation and grasses, to remove the feral cat population so that all wildlife is free from toxoplasmosis, to aspire to the principles of the original Conservation Covenant that covers over a third of the property, and to love and care for this land, its flora and fauna, on which I reside, for perpetuity.

Working bees and activities are done by me with occasional assistance from family members who visit from interstate. New volunteers would be warmly welcomed.
