We would like to build a wetland system specifically for wildlife. This would include erosion control structures, fish habitats, revegetation, bird habitat and breeding boxes. The land has already been put aside by the landholder and fenced off to stop livestock. The area selected is away from general public use so will be perfect for wildlife use and threatened species protection. Around the wetland will be an appropriate buffer of native plants and then we will maintain grasslands for grazing fauna before a section of bush (already established) for additional fauna use.
