I would like to follow on with projects we have competed along the Meander River, by clearing weeds and large willows to free the water flow in the river. Be able to plant natives to stabilize the river banks. This has been an ongoing project for us for quite a few years now.
Methods
We would require money to employ contractors and operators to compete the job
Natural Values
Improvement in the water quality of the river, better flow of water as not to flood out into paddocks and course erosion. Better life for fish and all animals that also require water to survive as well as habitat for their living. We have already seem more bandicoots, and healthier fish along with many more of the green and gold frogs getting about.
