Achievement Plans

1) Pilot project to assess brush method efficiency to build up sand on dunes 2) Succession planting trial of suitable species to replace poplars 3) Interactive signage on dune care management 4) On-going weed control where contractors can do a wider scale area

Methods

Have researched all proposals extensively 1) Utilise Ecoworks contractors and replicate their work at Tyndall Beach Kingsborough Council 2) Succession planting - have had an independent arborist via CCC assess and determine appropriate action - will follow plan 3) Interactive signage - have some initial concept ideas to further develop with graphic designer and fabricator. Looking at on-going engagement with signs and reminder to locals their input counts 4) Follow weed management plan and request TasFlora to follow up on weed work previously conducted.
