Over a period of 10 years, eliminate willows from the Liena area and above, plant native vegetation in the riparian zone and stabilize flood damage and mitigation earth works adjacent to the Mersey River in and around Liena.
Methods
Mostly through volunteers over a sustained period, but using contractors to do mass plantings around the Liena Mersey Bridge.
