The project involves eradicating some serious environmental weeds from a section of the Bay of Fires Conservation Area at The Gardens that is in generally good ecological condition. The primary weed of concern is Arum Lily which is a Class A weed in Break O Day due to its limited distribution.If the Arum Lily is not controlled in the near future it will become much harder to deal with and compromise the values of the Bay of Fires Conservation Area and continue to spread/expand its range
