Ink Kittipalawattanapol from UTAS Biological Sciences Club is currently collating samples of the invasive black rats across northern Tasmania and looking to increase the sample size with your help. 

Ink is currently doing a PhD project looking into the impacts of the invasive black rats in Tasmania, particularly following the recent declines of the Tasmanian devils. An aspect of the project is to investigate how black rats move across Tasmania overtime using their genetic markers.  Check out the posters below and get in touch with Ink for more information.
