KLN General Meeting & Special General Meeting on 4/12/2025

The Kingborough Landcare Network (KLN) Incorporated is holding a General Meeting followed by a Special General Meeting (SGM) from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday 4th December in Room 2, A Block, Kingston Library, 8 Hutchins St, Kingston.

All KLN members are warmly invited and should email the KLN Secretary at [email protected] for further details if intending to attend.

Special Resolutions to be put to members at the SGM:

1) KLN members propose to de-incorporate because KLN has assets of less than $1K and cannot carry on operations as per our Constitution

2) KLN members propose that remaining assets will be donated to Landcare Tasmania

3) KLN members propose to retain the name ‘Kingborough Landcare Network (KLN)’ and become an unincorporated member of Landcare Tasmania, with informal gatherings supported by Kingborough Council Biodiversity staff
