A Special General Meeting for Landcare Tasmania Inc. will be held on Friday 10th December at 10:00 am via Zoom. All people wishing to attend the event will need to register. Online RSVPs close Thursday 09 December.

Meeting Time: Zoom opens at  9:30am, SGM commences at 10am sharp.

Under Landcare Tasmania's Constitution, those with voting rights include one representative of each Member Group, and those on the Members Council.  A Member Group's representative is usually the group's primary contact, but another group representative can be nominated. Individual members, Associate members, and members of groups can also attend the meeting but will not have voting rights.

Purpose of the meeting

The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to elect four people to Landcare Tasmania's Board to fill the four vacancies that were not filled during the AGM last month. As per the Constitution, all four nominees will be put forward in one motion. No other business will be conducted.
