nipaluna Nursery

Nipaluna Nursery is a Landcare group with nine, enthusiastic active volunteers passionate about growing native plants and committed to supporting awareness and education of biodiversity in local schools and communities in lutruwita/Tasmania.  Volunteers come together for regular working bees on Tuesdays. In New Town. The team has an established link with farmers in the Midlands Biodiversity Hotspot and has grown over 45,000 native plants for Midlands farmers over the last three years. The team has led plant propagation and edible Tasmanian plants workshops for Landcare groups and schools. And have run Field Days in the Midlands and East Coast ecosystems.
