Our new website is launched!

After a lot of behind-the-scenes work by our team and our wonderful website developers For Purpose, in late July we launched our new website.

Designed with our community in mind, the new site makes it easier than ever to find events, explore resources, join as a member, or connect with a local Landcare group.

Whether you're a long-time volunteer or new to Landcare, you’ll enjoy improved navigation, updated content, and a fresh, modern look.

Jump online and take a look around — we’d love to hear what you think!

💻 What's new in the Members Toolbox?

NEW! Multiple members of your group, school or business will now be able to access the Members Toolbox and our member services. (Instructions available on the Members Toolbox home page and below).

There are some fun new functions including being able to add blog posts to your profile page, to share what you've been doing!

Check out the new look buttons in the screenshot, below.

Tips & tricks for using the Members Toolbox

How can members of my group/school or association access the Members Toolbox?

  • Your members can use their own login via your group/school associate member's profile page.
  • Your members can make an account on our website by clicking 'Sign In' and then 'Sign Up'
  • They can then navigate to your group's profile page under the Find a Group page.
  • For associate members, profile pages are located on the Our Members page.
  • When they are on your profile page, click the 'Connect' button.

What are the new roles?

The admin of the group (by default the primary contact) can then promote connected members to editor status via the 'Organisation Members Administration' button in the Members Toolbox.

Editors - can access the full range of Members Services, such as the Lending Library and Project Bank.

Administrator - the only person to have access to membership renewal, profile settings and association liability insurance. Primary contacts have been given the Administrator role for your Members Toolbox account.

Note: Any editor can be promoted to Administrator, however, only one person can be an admin for a group/associate or school at a given time.

Project Bank update

As a member of Landcare Tasmania, you can submit your expression of interest (EOI) to the Project Bank using a new form. On the newly designed form, you can fill in details on your proposed project and upload relevant documents and images.
