Planting Day Colebrook - Landcare Tasmania
*Rescheduled to the 12th November*
On Saturday 12th November join Landcare Tasmania in Colebrook to help plant a biodiverse shelterbelt with 500 native plants!
Planting for native shelterbelts in productive landscapes has many benefits, including building resilience, reducing the adverse effects of wind, reducing sedimentation and nutrient runoff, and acting as corridors for native species.
Please bring a packed lunch, plenty of water, wet weather gear, a hat and sunscreen and appropriate enclosed footwear. We can provide gloves, but please bring your own personal gloves if you have them.
The property address will be provided when you register.
This event is part of our South East Landscape Project with funding through the State Governments Landcare Action Grants.
