Sophie Williams

Sophie joined the Landcare Tasmania Board in 2026. Experienced in co-design and passionate about regenerative leadership, she is known for bringing people together and strengthening organisational resilience and capability. She has led teams and delivered complex projects across ecotourism and higher education. She currently serves as Chair of the Executive Committee at Inala Nature Tours, a conservation-focused tourism business, alongside her role as Project Manager at TasNetworks. Sophie brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, operations, and governance to the Board, and is deeply passionate about Lutruwita/Tasmania's environment and its communities.
