Tranmere Clarence Plains Land & Coastcare Inc - we like to call ourselves TACPLACI for obvious reasons - are committed to maintaining the natural and historical values in the Tranmere, Rokeby and Clarendon Vale areas on Hobarts Eastern Shore. We work on some lovely sites and would love to introduce new volunteers to the area.
