SETAC is inviting members of Landcare and Coastcare groups to a cultural burning workshop to share knowledge and experience of caring for country through cultural burning.
The South East Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation (SETAC) began a collaboration with Landcare Tasmania in 2021 to start a series of cultural burning workshops for Landcare members.
This workshop will be led by Jason Andrew Smith, palawa man, a cultural burning educator and fire practitioner. Jason is passionate about passing on this important knowledge.

***As part of this program there will be photography and audio/visual recording and all participants will need to sign this consent form (it is an Australian Government requirement for these workshops!) - a form can be provided for you to sign on the day.
