On the 10th December, we will be hosting a weed ID and control workshop in Wynyard. This workshop responds to community demands for training on how to identify, and control, invasive weeds.
At this workshop we will take a walk along the beautiful Cape Bridge Picnic Ground and riverside to learn how to identify some of the invasive weeds in the area. We will hear from Sharon Young on how to identify weed infestations and how to control them. This workshop will also cover integrated pest management solutions such as weeds biocontrol.
