Brookbank Estate
We aim to:
- Promote biodiversity and provision of wildlife refuge in riparian and dam environments.
- Plant native species, specimen trees and fencing to exclude grazing animals from sensitive areas.
- Eliminate noxious weed species including boxthorn, willow, blackberry and horehound. Reparation of areas where there was disposal of farm building/ fencing materials and equipment.
- Provide nesting boxes for barn owls and provision of nesting areas for numerous bird species.
