Landcare Tasmania is thrilled to announce the first round of events for our upcoming school holiday program, aimed at fostering a deeper connection between young people and their local environment.

The school holiday program, ‘Know Your Local Patch’ (KYLP), will run at three participating schools throughout the upcoming school holidays. Designed to engage young people in the wonders of nature, the program aims to cultivate a sense of appreciation and understanding for their local surroundings.

This event offers a range of interactive activities focused on what can be found in the reserve. If you love the outdoors, animals, and all things nature come along.

Cancellation: if heavy rain is forecast the event will not go ahead

Note: Parent/guardian supervision is required for the duration of the event of children under the age of 13.
