One source of project funding is the Tasmanian Landcare Fund, our public fund, which receives tax-deductible donations from businesses, philanthropists and individuals.
Donations made with a preference to sponsor the Project Bank go directly to on-ground restoration and sustainable land management projects. Sponsoring the Project Bank is a way to ensure your contributions are directly supporting positive environmental outcomes in Tasmania, which can contribute to your business's environmental social responsibility, carbon offset and nature-positive targets. Every project is supported by in-kind contributions, often more than doubling the amount received through donations.

Projects are rigorously assessed by a technical panel at Landcare Tasmania and members receive advice on how to improve on their project proposals. Funds are distributed as grants to Landcare members, who enter into a contractual agreement with Landcare Tasmania to ensure project security and project buy-in for the long-term.
As a Project Bank Sponsor, you will receive news of on-ground restoration success stories and, depending on the level of support, options for logo sharing and promotion in our communications.
