Jo’s love for nature began when her parents took her on long bush walks from the age of four. She is passionate about Tasmania's natural landscapes and believes people thrive when they are connected to nature.     

Jo is known to be a ‘Jo of all trades’ and has an Associate Diploma in Applied Science with over 30 years’ experience in natural resource and rural land management. Jo also has a background in Parks asset and project management, and is proactive in promoting environmentally sensitive project/land management approaches. 

As for her favourite hot beverage, a coffee is always a great way to start the day.
