Kate Aarnoutse | Facilitator - Networking & Knowledge and Skills Exchange

With a background in landscape architecture and community engagement, Kate has a deep appreciation for place and a passion for celebrating Tasmania’s unique outdoor spaces. She combines design thinking with engagement expertise to lead member services at Landcare Tasmania. Kate's work focuses on understanding the needs, strengths and aspirations of the Landcare community to inform the organisation’s priorities, projects and member support. A natural people-person, Kate thrives on bringing diverse voices together to achieve shared goals through a community-centred approach. Ultimately, she aims to harness the collective knowledge and experience of the Landcare network to strengthen community-led Landcare across Tasmania.
