Waste and Wildlife Program - The Hive, Ulverstone

Lucky students in Tasmania are taking part in Landcare Tasmania’s Waste and Wildlife Program for National Science week — exploring how waste impacts local ecosystems and wildlife, and discovering simple, hands-on ways they can make a positive difference. Landcare Tasmania are delivering 6 workshops for local schools in the area that have signed up for the Rapid Science Week Program

The program is part of our ongoing environmental education work, inspiring young Tasmanians to care for their local environments and take practical action in their own communities.

Landcare Tasmania’s Waste and Wildlife Program is proudly supported by the Tasmanian Government and the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board.
