Round 25 of the Tasmanian Landcare Fund grants was a general round supporting practical Landcare projects that improve the management of Tasmania’s water, soil, plants and animals. Projects were selected from Landcare Tasmania's Project Bank covering topics such as shelterbelts, erosion control, weed control, riparian restoration, and feral cat control.
Thirteen projects with a total value of $50,000 were funded under the round.

- Circular Head Landcare Group - Re-establishing remnant Eucalypt windbreaks on farmland
- Colynn Landcare - Streamside erosion control, vegetation protection
- Friends of Falmouth Foreshore - Eradicating Climbing Groundsel
- Janara - Eradicating Boxthorn
- King Island Landcare - Inkweed eradication program
- Maarten Mulder - Eradicating Holly in native forest at Weldborough
- Mark Allenby - Erosion Control Project. Revegetating land above slip area to protect against further damage.
- Rachel Roberts - Rehabilitating E. viminalis and streamside riparian zone
- Sam Archer - Community engaged feral cat awareness and trapping program, to increase native animal survival and lower economic losses on livestock enterprises.
- Seven Mile Beach Coastcare - Single Hill Revegetation project
- Tallaine Gouley - Wild Frog Farm Rehabilitation Project
- Wrens Hill - Wombat Flats Campground Re-vegetation Project
- Wynyard Landcare - Fossil Bluff Revegetation Project
