6-8 Nov 26

Deloraine, Tasmania

Location

Deloraine

The Gathering 2026 will take place in Deloraine — a town with deep roots in Tasmania’s Landcare story, and the site of the first statewide Landcare gathering more than 30 years ago.

Set on the banks of the Meander River in the state’s north, Deloraine offers a strong connection to community, agriculture and the natural environment — making it an ideal place to come together.

While The Gathering will take place across three days in the Meander Valley, we’re also actively working to enhance the program with additional field trips, activities and community events across Tasmania during Gathering week.

Deloraine hosted Tasmania’s first statewide Landcare conference in 1997 (pictured). The Gathering 2026 builds on that long history of connection, learning and community action.
