The project's goal is to strengthen the landscape restoration capacity of member-led projects that were funded through our previous grant rounds (2018-2023), with a focus on building community capacity, establishing partnerships and setting up long-term monitoring of on-ground projects.

We will conduct 40+ site visits across the state to establish long-term monitoring of Landcare member-led projects funded since 2018. This will involve collecting data on project outcomes, successes, and challenges to better inform our Landscape Restoration Program.
Our community outreach events are designed in response to the Tasmanian community's interest in land management skills. We will host 8 events training workshops and information sessions to enhance learning and build community capacity for future Landcare projects, while also strengthening Landcare Tasmania's engagement with Landcare groups and members.
We will aim to build new partnerships and connect with the broader community, ensuring that relevant stakeholders in land and resource management in Tasmania are involved in our Landscape Restoration projects and that we continue to represent, support, strengthen and grow community Landcare.
