All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Landcare Tasmania is collected via correspondence from you or your organisation. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Landcare Tasmania members and supporters is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of supporter services. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Our database service provider is Nationbuilder and you can find out more about privacy & security on their website. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers and passwords) on our website, that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, they are sucurely passed on to Stripe in order to be processed as required. We never store complete Credit Card details. Our website and third party payment processors use state of the art encryption to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Passwords you use to log into your online account on our website are stored using state of the art encryption and we do not have access to the passwords. Landcare Tasmania uses Stripe third party payment processor for its online credit card transactions. Stripe process online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

After ordering from our online shop, you will receive an email confirmation from our online shop platform ecwid containing your order details(if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us.
Membership renewals and Donations
After donating or paying for membership online, you will receive an automated email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your payment within a few minutes of paying. If you wish to query a transaction please contact us.
Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Landcare Tasmania will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
