The day will cover a range of topics on sustainable agriculture and small scale farming, including the benefits of putting dung beetles and worms to work in your pastures and gardens, biochar for all scales of operations, and making biochar.

Presenters will include 'poo-ologist' Graeme Stevenson and biochar expert Frank Strie. The day includes a visit to a nearby farm to see examples of these soil management techniques put to use.
