Macro-invertebrate surveys as part of the National Waterbug Blitz event.


John Gooderham (of the Waterbug Company and co-organiser of The National Waterbug Blitz) has kindly offered to come to a pre-survey session on 23rd October, where you will learn about water bugs and attend the field work survey the following day.

Tamar NRM is partnering with the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery (QVMAG), City of Launceston’s Natural Environment Unit, Plastic Free Launceston, NRM North and Landcare Tasmania for this year's National Waterbug Blitz.

A great "Train the Trainer" session for teachers and the community and to build skills to run your own monitoring sessions with the aid of Waterwatch Equipment.
