In the event of a community outbreak of COVID-19

We would like to reassure you that we have a solid plan to move the conference day and awards to an online event if a community outbreak of COVID-19 occurs in Tasmania.

We know that meeting online wouldn't be the same, so we would be offering whole ticket refunds minus a small admin fee of $10-$40 per ticket, depending on which event/weekend pass was purchased. 

You would also have the option of donating the cost of your ticket to Landcare Tasmania.

Sat Conference Ticket refund options:

• Donate cost of ticket or
• Whole refund minus $20 admin fee

Sat Awards dinner refund options:

• Whole refund minus $20 admin fee
• Everyone gets free access to online announcement

Sunday Field trips refund options:

• Roll over to postponed field trip or
• Full refund minus $10 admin fee

Whole Weekend Pass refund options:

• Donate cost of ticket or
• Whole refund minus $40 admin fee

Our covid-19 event safe plan is being developed in line with Tasmanian Government safety protocols, and will include asking everyone to physically distance 1.5m at events, regularly washing and sanitising your hands, and checking in at each venue with the Tas Gov Check In App.
